4 c milk
6 egg yolks

1 tsp nutmeg
Murray butter cookies
Nilla Wafers
3 Yellow Bananas, little to no green
Meringue Toppings:
3 egg whites
1/4 c sugar...
Got everything???
Let's start.
1. Heat oven to 350 and Spray non-stick spray on 9x13 glass pan.
2. Blue Ingredients: 3 c of sugar, 1/2 A.P. Flour, and dash of salt with a hand blender.
3. Add Red Ingredients: 4 teaspoons of butter, milk, and egg yolks.
4. Now add this mixture to a saucepan, add the cinnamon, add the nutmeg, add the vanilla, and heat at low-medium temperature while stirring continuously. You can use a blender for this. Stir or blend until the pudding is thick. This will take about 10-15 minutes.
5. While that is on the stove, cut up bananas. Personally, I hate big chunks of bananas so I make thin slices about 1/4 in thick. Layer the pan with Nilla Wafers. Then layer the bananas. Then layer the butter cookies.
6. While the pudding is thick and hot, pour onto the first layer of cookies and bananas. Leave some for the next layer.
7. Now, layer again Nilla Wafers, Bananas, and Butter Cookies. Pour on another layer.
8. Meringue: Blend in a glass bowl, 3 egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the sugar.
9. Spread the meringue on the banana pudding and bake on 350 for 15 minutes. The meringue should brown.
10. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve!
