My Mom's Mac and Cheese

My mom finally let me in on what's in her macoroni and cheese, and guess what? It's not difficult at all!
She makes this mac and cheese at every holiday event, family gathering, and potlucks for school. She uses the regular box macoroni and cheese from Kraft, too...

Okay here is what she uses:

1 box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese
8 oz. Sargento Shredded Cheese 4 Cheeses
1 Can of Evaporated milk
1 Cup
1 Egg
1/2 stick of butter
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic Salt
*Optional: 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs

First Step:
Preheat the oven 375 degrees. Boil the macaroni for about 10 minutes on high heat. Stick a fork in it to make sure it's done. But not too done because it has to go in the oven.

Second Step:
Strain and wash the pasta with cold water. Put aside.

Third Step: Mix the can of milk, melted butter, egg, garlic salt, and cheese mix in a bowl. Pour the macaroni in a casserole pan. Gently mix in the macaroni. Sprinkle the paprika on the top and pop into the oven.

*Optional: You can buy some bread crumbs for the crispy topping of the macaroni and cheese. Sprinkle on the top before popping in the oven for a crispy looking mac and cheese!

Fourth Step: Bake on 375 for 35-40 minutes. The top should be a nice brown.
